Wonderfully balanced, with a delicate nocello finish. Much depends in the Choice of scotch, I used Cutty Sark Prohibition. I might try some tweaking with bitters next time.
A perfectly balanced refreshment on the hottest day of the year (so far).
Blanco tequila, Triple sec, Lime juice, Orange juice, (+ 2 more)
Red bitter liqueur, Navy strength gin, Pandan sugar syrup, Tiki bitters
Japanese whisky, Green melon liqueur, Verjuice
A delicious mocktail, one of the finest I had.
One of my favorites, for the reasons mentioned by Herbert below. Tonight, I smoked the ingredients with cherry wood in the mixing glass before stirring. Try it!
A great aperitif. Instead of using smoked vodka (I didn't have any), I oak-smoked the ingredients before stirring using a chef's smoker. Vodka was Chopin Bartender's Choice.

Bottega fumé, Quaglia chinotto, vermouth del professore — and Dr Jaglas‘ Artischocken Elixir. Coffee, salt. One of the best cocktails I‘ve ever tasted.

A wonderfully balanced cocktail. Much depends on your choice of vermouth.
Great! I added one small drop of mint oil — simply perfect in its deep mintiness. An ideal digestif.

A almost perfect combination of sweet and sour — delicious.
I originally found this drink in Sother Teague's book. I have made it with both Nonino and Montenegro in lieu of Meletti. I have found that Montenegro works exceptionally well with Bonal. This is a drink with a fair amount of depth and subtlety, and choice of gin will probably make the most impact. The gin and rye are brought together nicely by the Bonal. An excellent drink.
Thanks for the suggestion, Montenegro and Bonal make a delicious combination. We tried it with Beefeater 24 and Wild Turkey. Now for the top end, Crown Jewel and Rittenhouse. Will report.
Wonderfully deep and nuanced. An instant favorite. And also a recipe to explore. I tried it with different sorts of rum but returned to gin eventually. Not a (London) dry type, but a more mellow one. In my case, Isle of Harris Gin.
A wonderful summer cocktail, many thanks for sharing.
Negroni for grownups. Love it :)
