How to make:
Cut watermelon into 16 segments, chop the flesh from one segment into cubes and MUDDLE in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 segment | Watermelon (fresh) (chopped) |
2 fl oz | Pepper flavoured vodka |
1/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
4 grind | Black pepper |
