Ingredients:
1 23 fl oz Nonino Il Moscato Grappa Monovitigno
23 fl oz Akashi-Tai Ginjo Yuzushu
12 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
13 fl oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherries and mint sprigs.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with skewered maraschino cherries and mint sprigs bouquet.

History:

Created in 2025 by Joerg Meyer at his Le Lion bar in Hamburg, Germany, to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of German magazine Feinschmecker. Joerg's original recipe calls for 50ml Nonino UE Malvasia and 20ml Kiyoko Yuzu Aperitif.
