Fresh, zesty and citrusy with an almost creamy mouthfeel, this grappa-based cocktail embodies the Itameshi cuisine concept, which combines Italian and Japanese influences.
Created in 2025 by Joerg Meyer at his Le Lion bar in Hamburg, Germany, to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of German magazine Feinschmecker. Joerg's original recipe calls for 50ml Nonino UE Malvasia and 20ml Kiyoko Yuzu Aperitif.
