Ingredients:
1 13 oz Nonino Il Moscato Grappa Monovitigno
12 oz Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
56 oz Espresso coffee (freshly brewed & hot)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. No garnish to prepare.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Serve naked – no garnish.

Adapted from a recipe created by Monica Berg, Alex Kratena, Joerg Meyer and Simone Caporale to celebrate the 90th birthday of Benito Nonino, founder of Nonino Distillatori, who sadly passed away on 8th July 2024.
