A 2:1 Dry Martini with a slug of triple sec and dashes of absinthe contributing zesty orange and subtle aniseed respectively

Orange and aniseed to the fore. I wish I’d used orange zest rather than lemon to bring the orange out more. I prepared this exactly as the recipe and it is a lovely gentle sipping martini.
