Interestingly, I just ordered 1 Liter from Amazon and the label states 6 g sugar per 7.5 ml, which comes out to 800 g per 1 L. (Or if you go by the "135 servings per container", you get 810 g. Both of those are less than the 855 g stated above. I wonder if this is a shrinkflation thing, or something else...

You raise a good point, Peter. I have emailed Monin asking for confirmation of Brix levels in their Pure Cane Syrup in UK/Europe and USA.

Monin replied, saying the Brix is 65.1 with 85.6g of sugar per 100ml.
