Where have you seen an ingredients list? I've only seen "includes" ingredients published, and I've used this to add ingredients above.

I'd love to see all ingredients on drink labels, as is required on food labels. Most liqueurs are sweetened with beet sugar, as this has the most neutral flavour. Those using honey or cane sugar tend to state this in their marketing.

You're correct, I saw this on Wikipedia, not a formal list. Spouse is allergic to HFCS and sweetened liquors are always a sensitive question.

Yes, as Simon says, especially in Europe beet is the commercially dominant source of sugar. As opposed to corn or cane.
