"How to make" says "Red wine and apple syrup" although, admittedly, ratios are not given.

I've added "red wine and apple syrup" to the ingredients, but that's as much as I know. It's a competition-winning cocktail, but not one I've made yet, hence the lack of a Difford's Guide rating.
