I tried it with the Wild Turkey 101 that Simon has listed in his notes. I prefer it in this cocktail to some more expensive bourbons I had tried. Surprising how well the Chartreuse and Aperol work together. Dolin Genepy works fine if you have a limited supply of chartreuse.
