A very zesty, tasty sour. Bravo. Perhaps we might dial down the Campari slightly but we wouldn't insist on it.

Wow, this is a lot smoother than I had anticipated. All the elements harmonise well together; the first flavour is the bitter, after which the elderflower pops to be replaced by the lime juice. Of course underlying it all is the apple brandy. Very good.
