My favourite! I enjoy it on a large ice cube and the most current combination I settled on employs equal parts, 30 ml each of:
- lime cordial (I am preparing an oleo-saccharum ahead of time)
- pineapple juice (packaged, unsweetened)
- Campari
- Smith & Cross
