I’ve been waiting for a long time to make this cocktail but had to wait until I could justify having all the separate ingredients in the house at the same time. Finally got a chance to make one last night and I could instantly taste why this one gets so much hype as a modern classic. As the kids would say this one is a banger! Made mine with Monkey Shoulder and Ardbeg Wee Beastie for the peat. A sublime sipper.
