Took several fine suggestions from this discussion (bison grass vodka, lemon twist ), and my own modifications; I got a free bottle of standardized cranberry extract that is intended to prevent UTIs😜
It is sweetened with glycerin, so I skipped the orange liqueur and made up the flavor with orange bitters and the booze with extra bison grass vodka.
Delicious, and very refreshing on a hot day with 92% humidity
