Just saying 2oz gin / .5 oz Vermouth would be a 4:1 Martini. A 5:1 would be 2.5oz gin to .5 oz Vermouth. Shouldn't this be labeled a 4:1?

The recipe above is 2 1/12 oz (62.5ml) gin to 5/12 oz (12.5ml) dry vermouth, so is correctly labelled 5:1. My larger serve 2½oz (75ml) gin to ½oz (15ml) vermouth is also 5:1. Please see this page for our 4:1 and other Martini ratios: https://www.diffordsguide.com/g/1121/martini/dry-martini-ratios
