Pastis Whisky Sour
Pastis adds a pleasing hint of anise and liquorice to a classic Scotch Whisky Sour

Tried the original very pleasant, however, my wife asked me to alter it. I replaced the Pastis with Jäegermeister result was a in our opinion improved cocktail. Still with the sour aspect but the additional herb input was I believe to be a better flavor

I'd never think to put pastis in a WS but it works very well.
