If you use quality pomegranate syrup and have a penchant for Scotch, then you could be pleasantly surprised by this cocktail

In lieu o pomegranate syrup or grenadine what are the thoughts on pomegranate molasses. I have used this in many recipes for my Kitchen … but reading up on things to do with scotch (my liquor or preference) i saw this and thought man molasses has some notes and tones that could really make this cocktail a banging good treat?
