or as in Cocktail Codex' recipe: 1,5 oz cognac, 1 oz white creme cacao, 1 oz heavy cream

If just using white creme de cacao then add 8 drops Bob's Chocolate Bitters.

Ahh, I'll clarify my ambiguous question: if I simply substitute the dark creme de cacao for white here (ie. 30ml in total), is there anything else I might do to help balance this change?

Pretty much the same answer, please go to our Cocktail Finder and under liqueur select “Crème de cacao (white)” and then hit search to reveal 122 cocktails.

Hi Simon, I think you accidentally misread my query - I have a lot of white creme de cacao, not dark. :)

Try a Haberdasher. There are 49 cocktails with dark creme de cacao via our Cocktail Finder.
