Considering a Martini is after all an all-booze drink, with no fruit juice and syrup, I would replace the 7.5 ml orange juice with the same volume of orange Curacao liqueur.

I think the "Martini" in the same was misleading so I have removed it. That said, I'll try with orange curacao and sans juice.
