Ingredients:
1 23 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
56 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
56 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
14 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
0.08 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

PETO COCKTAIL.
The Juice of ¼ Orange.
¼ French Vermouth.
¼ Italian Vermouth.
½ Plymouth Gin.
2 Dashes Maraschino.
Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.

I missed the keynote flavour at first sip, but noticed the drink gets more balanced after a few minutes. Probably due to the shaking instead of stirring. The amount of orange juice used does not necessarily require shaking imho. Going to try with the suggested Blue Curacao.

Considering a Martini is after all an all-booze drink, with no fruit juice and syrup, I would replace the 7.5 ml orange juice with the same volume of orange Curacao liqueur.

I think the "Martini" in the same was misleading so I have removed it. That said, I'll try with orange curacao and sans juice.

This is really unusual, love the aromatics.
Think this would be great with Turkey and stuffing sandwiches
