Amateur bartender newbie! I was too scared to try a sapphire martini and decided to try this first. Of course, I ran out of lemons and begrudgingly used a homemade sour mix I already had and it still came out wonderful. I love that someone married gin and peach. Can’t wait to try with actual lemons!
