Made this again but changed the lemon juice to 1/3 oz. The first time we used Giffard Blue Curacao, this time we used The Original Blue Curacao which has a different Curacao flavour due to the use of oranges grown on Curacao. Second version was somewhat dryer.

I mean it’s really blue isn’t it? If 80s retro isn’t your thing then it eould taste equally as yummy with ordinary curacao but I’m happy to embrace the retro

An interesting drink where I think peoples opinions on it will likely be based upon what ingredients they use. A drink that's very shaped by the gin and the peach schnapps used. I recommend experimenting and finding your right combo, it can be top tier.

Really like the drink. It is very subtle, with the faint taste of lemon and orange. Easy to drink, and wonderful colour.

As the drink sits you get a very nice aftertaste of peach.

I subbed lemon vodka (specifically Deep Eddy) for the gin and lemon juice and it turned out pretty okay. I think this combo probably isn't for me (I found the lemon/orange/peach combo confusing on the palate) but it certainly is a striking drink, appearance-wise.
