It's a classic for a reason. It's pretty much the perfect any time cocktail. I like to add a sprig of young thyme to the shaker, something about thyme, grapefruit and tequila is ethereal.

What an interesting drink. I tried the stirred down version and while I have never smoked it tastes like how a cigar smells. I will love to try it again on the rocks.

An interesting drink where I think peoples opinions on it will likely be based upon what ingredients they use. A drink that's very shaped by the gin and the peach schnapps used. I recommend experimenting and finding your right combo, it can be top tier.

This is my favourite cocktail but I do change it a little. I find that my mezcal is a bit too smokey for the drink so I use 1/4 shot mezcal and 1/2 shot Reposado Tequila. I find the combo balances the drink out.

There is a reason this is a classic. I find this is the drink that converts people to Green Chartreuse. It's such a great combo of ingredients and all it's variants are amazing.

This is a wonderful drink however I would implore people to use as good quality marmalade as you can reasonably source. I made this with a blood orange and angostura bitters marmalade and that extra bitterness was just exquisite!

Boozy but very tempered by the honey, amaretto and dare I say the smoke of the whiskey. A lovely drink with some scope to tailor to individual taste.

Lovely cocktail and don't skip the garnish. It doesn't have to be a blackberry, you can substitute it for strawberry but the berry smell is essential.

I swapped out the Lillet for Mancino Sakura Vermouth and also found that even with Lillet that a lemon zest twist, expressed,
instead of grapefruit really elevates the drink.

Wow. Pretty much the perfect cocktail. With the bitters (and possibly grenadine depending on your sugar ratio) being able to be applied to taste it can be tailored to pre dinner, after dinner or for any other time.

Truly amazing.

Wicked. I made a syrup, 2:1 with coconut sugar and used that instead and it should almost be criminal how easy this is to drink. The Amaretto is forward and if that's not for you I'd suggest upping the lemon to 3/4s a shot.

Too easy to drink.

A taste that will be quite familiar to Australians as it tastes like a still sparkling red wine. Very surprised how versatile this is. Might be quite dependent on the quality of your Shiraz.
