½ shot Capucana Cachaca BUY
shot Fresh pressed pineapple juice
¾ shot Coco Re'al Cream of Coconut
½ shot Freshly squeezed lime juice
¼ shot Single cream / half-and-half
1 pinch Salt

BLEND all ingredients with 12oz scoop ice and serve with straws.

Garnish:

Parasol, pineapple wedge & Luxardo Maraschino cherry

Comment:

A splash of cachaça adds some Latin flavour, lime adds citrusy bite and double cream makes this Piña Colada creamy white.
