We didn't have the Ginseng Bitters and have no idea what they taste like. But we wanted to include bitters so, purely speculatively, we added 2 drops Daiquiri Bitters and 1 drop Ginger Bitters, both Bob's. Worked just fine for us.

Thanks so much for your suggestion. I'm in the States and Bobs Daiquiri bitters (and Margarita bitters) are next to impossible to find. They start at $35 and then you have to add shipping. Trying to find something I can justify the price of. PS Killed my budget buying Green and Yellow Chartruese.
