I splashed out on a bottle of apricot eau de vie just to try this cocktail…and I am glad I did.
The first sip suggests it’s going to be sweet but the lingering flavours from the botanicals and a ‘bready ’ apricot flavour on the finish is wonderful.
A modern classic 👍
