Pretty darn solid and crowd-pleasing. I might be inclined to play with swapping the measures of soda water and cider, with the intent of reducing the soda water to nil. Seems like a little might be necessary though.

Yeah, just tried this with Aspall dry cider replacing all of the soda water. Drink is still tasty but, overall, not as good.
