Lucky Cat

I had soju on hand and my roommate has a lucky cat tiki mug, so I tried to find something tasty that both uses soju and also at least marginally 'tiki'

I used Green Apple Soju and this hits very juicy. Only had cubed ice and it absolutely needs crushed or pebbled ice. I also adjusted with dry curacao and it’s still a sweet one. Overall excellent hot Summer drink.

Very good and refreshing recipe, though I only had a plum soju it was still delicious
