We think that this works better with just a 30ml blush of Stout. And we split the syrup 10ml Sugar and 5ml Orgeat. Having done that, we decided to substitute Cocchi Dopo Teatro for the Cardamaro. If Stout is not your thing, make it without...works just fine.

Great! Like it very much.
Didn’t have Cardamaro, used Cynar instead. Also, took a mix of lime and lemon. Perfect!
