Reminding me of the Beauty Bar in San Francisco in 2002, my first trip to the US. I asked the bartender to give me something different to try, and he gave me a Franjelico with milk. This is an embellished version and a sweet memory 🙂
I only had double and no milk, so I just used that (ie 3x30ml) and I added 10ml of Amaretto.
Mrs Jones & I pleased that in a recipe with some big personalities, nothing dominated and the cocktail became a whole new taste.
Less dairy worked well; too much dairy (Brandy Alexander) and my mouth goes claggy.
