A strange and interesting cocktail, and I actually wonder how this drink would work at all with Bacardi 8. I used Appleton Reserve Blend and that has a tiny hint of Jamaican funk that at least pairs okay (not well) with the soy sauce. I'd give it 3.5* personally. The only thing is perhaps Antonis used some sort of extremely high quality soy sauce with a very different flavour profile.
