Absolutely lovely. Pretty neat trick to tame the limoncello and wind up with a balanced, complex aperitif. Loved it.

Deliciously sour, savoury and sweet. And really nicely balanced. We did a very, very gentle half rim of chilli and lime salt. Bravo to the creator.
