Just plain easy drinkin'. Summery and light, very likable. Not very challenging, but sometimes you just need that. :)

As written, this is super sweet. Doubling the lime made it manageable, but its still a fairly strange flavor medley. I wanted to love it, but alas! It was not to be.
Wow. Great balance, and the pineapple just lifts the whole thing. Followed the specs exactly and it's just terrific.
Well, that's pretty special. The marmalade somehow becomes a perfect canvas for the Campari. The drink has a lovely, rich texture and a seriously 'lifted' flavor. Yay. Definitely goes on my faves list.
This is my current fave. The fresh pineapple really kicks it up a notch. Pair in the herbal with a thread of cacao (how do green chartreuse and chocolate go together so well???) And you wind up with a truly interesting, totally drinkable result.
I tried it because the combination of gin, fino and orgeat was just too unexpected to skip it. It sounded like something that's either going to be really sophisticated or really... weird. Sophisticated indeed. Delicate, balanced, and highly enjoyable. Super drinkable - I love the softening effect of the vermouth and the orgeat gives this a nice lift. Fino lends a little structure and body. Just a nice, well-layered flavor grouping. Will do again.
The Difford's formulation is nice but a bit too sweet at 2200hrs on a work night.
• 1½ oz Beefeater London Dry Gin
• ¾ oz Dolin Dry Vermouth de Chambéry
• ¼ oz Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur
• 2 dashes Dillon's orange bitters
Definitely giving that a try
This is bright and tart. It'll make you blink a little, but it's very engaging, especially if you're a lemon lover, I happened to have a little lemon syrup on hand, so I add a light 1/2 oz and gave it a whiz with the frother. It brings the cocktail into delish dessert territory. Makes it a different drink, for sure, both very enjoyable.
I like the sherry nuance to a standard gin sour. Really quite nice. As I like my drinks on the boozy side I also tried with a full 2 oz of gin, Sipsmith, and liked it even more.
I ran this with 2.5 oz good gin and 3/4 each of the remaining ingredients. It scaled up very well
So fresh. Delicate, sophisticated balance. Perfect for a warm evening aperitif
Weeeee! Wow, if you can only have 1 cocktail in an evening, this is definitely a top 10 pick.
Mia Tai's brassy cousin. Bright and zingy, with great spirit presence.
Unexpected flavor suite - chocolate provides structural support. but never leans dessert-y. Made it with @AndersErickson grenadine (Find it on YouTube - worth your time), and Jose Silver. Leans silky and sophisticated, without being heavy.
Absolutely delish. The pineapple and almond are unexpectedly great together. Super drinkable and fresh.
Light white rum, Lime juice, Semi-rich simple syrup
