22.5 ml Mr Black coffee liqueur
11.25 ml Romana Sambuca
30 ml Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee)
90 ml Mole bitters
7.5 ml Semi-rich simple syrup (1.5 sugar to 1 water)
30 ml Double cream / heavy cream
30 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix
