| 45 ml | Bourbon whiskey |
| 22.5 ml | Mr Black coffee liqueur |
| 11.25 ml | Romana Sambuca |
| 30 ml | Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee) |
| 3 dash | Mole bitters |
| 7.5 ml | Semi-rich simple syrup (1.5 sugar to 1 water) |
| 30 ml | Double cream / heavy cream |
| 1 barspoon | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
