Had a bit of limoncello left but no soda water. So my recipe was pallini limoncello 2 parts topped with brut champagne domaine Chandon 4 parts. Nice for a warm day!

It was too sweet with the original recipe, so I added more prosecco and soda water.

We didn't like this; think the soda water gives it an 'off taste' - must have mixed it wrong!

Refreshing. Substituted with homemade Limoncello (190 poof) and while still a little sweet, this is a great summer cocktail especially in GA where I am from.

Concur this is very sweet, I would try again but with more soda.

I tried making this with the listed specs and found it way to sweet and cloying (I used Villa Massa and a brut cava). Made another one with 3-2-1 parts Cava, Limoncello and soda water, which was delicious.

Not the perfect season for a Spritz now, but I really liked this! A lovely video too!
