A little underwhelming but drinkable none the less.
A cracking aperitif cocktail, thoroughly enjoyed by all.
Added sparkling water because that’s all I had chilled but I think it was probably better for it. Very easy, far too easy
A very tasty digestivo. Needed to make a double portion to put enough in the glass though.
This was delicious, I love the smokey orange booziness of this. Will certainly by making this again.
Alas missing the absinthe so not sure I can really comment having failed to follow the recipe but not all that excited by this.
I found this a little too sweet, would try again with less grenadine.
One of the most fantastic pre-dinner cocktails I've had. Absolutely hit the spot and set us up for a very late night!
This is delicious, had it in a flash for Bonfire Night. Made the 'honey' syrup with maple syrup owing to a shopping issue - tasty!
It's ok - too heavy on the Campari for us, but might try it again
Didn't have raspberry so used plum jam instead. A nice sour but lemon heavy.
John's Excellent Gin
classic
Concur this is very sweet, I would try again but with more soda.
I mean I'm not that sold on Campari so I don't know quite what I expected but not that exciting for me.
An absolute convert to a flip. The Fumigator was a gateway - to 'use up some cherry brandy' - and this feels like going back to a true flavour. So easy to drink and impressive to serve. Delicious.
This is lovely, used Schweppes I'm afraid but delicious none the less. Very quaffable!
I was missing the apple juice so take my comments with a pinch of salt but... complex. It grew on me.
This is ok but not especially exciting, just a sweeter finish to the whisky.
Too easy to drink - lovely sipper indeed
Superb, unusual and tasty
Not a fan of cherry brandy but when the cupboard needs clearing out this is worth making. A little too sweet for me but tasty for one.
