it's alright isn't it. goes down comfortably on a hot day but there are many better drinks.
Just wondering whether lime juice is missing from this recipe?
listen Lone. i'm with you on this one. i suppose it depends on the yuzushu. i used Choya and the drink was on the sweet side. a little lime would have helped. could possibly forego the agave syrup, however it does bring nice flavour.
this looks cool af
I believe this was Tim McKirdy's recipe. impressed to see it appear here so quickly!
i thought this was pretty great and i didn't even use great ingredients. can't wait to make an even better one.
simple excellence
i made this with 2 1/4 oz vermouth to 1/2 oz benedictine and i did NOt regret it
this was pretty pleasant. demonstrated what a negroni is for (a nice big biting punch) but still delivered beautiful bitter sweet warm round flavours with the brightness of thee orange. a nice little low abv number
simon this is excellent. thank you.
Why does the Difford's Daiquiri Bitters page say to use 4 drops in a natural daiquiri but this recipe calls for 8?
happy xmas troy
i don't (yet) have the bitters but i still thought this shit was fire.
quite nice. the sloe gin and blackberry somewhat overpowered the citrus for me. would like to feel the grapefruit a bit more
Unpopular opinion, I think, but I like this with honey. My partner prefers with maple syrup. So I make two versions whenever we choose this cocktail. According to a previous comment I should be trying the gold rush instead. It’s in my ‘must try’ list that has gotten way too long but I’ll get there. I feel like a kid in a candy store on this website.
i'm with you. i feel like a lion in a wimpy on this website.
Also tried this after Naked & Famous, which I preferred.
yes. still good though.
simply insanely good. the fineset trip hop cocktail to date.
well yes this is good. nice little bitterness to this manhattan.
slightly sweet, slightly herbal, slight syrupy manhattan. not bad, but as much as i love chartreuse, i think i'll stick to an OG manhattan
the egg rounds the flavours out too much for me. i want the cutting edge of the lime and mezcal. was also a little too sweet for my taste. will stick to a margarita in future.
good but when would you ever need this over a margarita??
i made the equal parts version. very pleasant dessert drink but i can see a little boost to the gnac might be something
