This really tastes like glögi sour or mulled wine sour with Rum!
This recipe also works well for me. Though I might need to tweak this recipe better
30 ml Vodka
37.5 ml salted caramel / butterscotch liqueur
15 ml Passoã passion fruit liqueur
15 ml Lime juice
1.5 passion fruit
I went with this recipe and quite happy with it. 12.5ml grenadine might be a bit sour for me
60 ml Patrón Reposado tequila
22.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
22.5 ml Grenadine/pomegranate syrup
5 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
I go with:
2 parts Unaged cachaça
1 part Lemon juice
1 part Pineapple juice
¾ part Grenadine
¾ part Simple syrup
3 parts Sparkling water
Quite happy with it!
Quite sweet indeed. 3/4 oz lime juice makes it better
It’s good. But more like a daiquiri for me. I can barely taste the vermouth
This recipe is indeed quite sweet like others said.
This is quite similar to Grand Army’s Amaretto Sour, but with orange juice.
Agreed that licor 43 is quite subtle. I wouldn’t recognize it there
I agree with the others. I would reduce lemon juice and syrup. Portion doesn't seem right. 1/3 of the drink is lemon juice.
I used 2 fresh cherry tomatoes but it doesn't look like in the picture. Look muddy.
Scaled to measure better with my jigger
2 fresh Cherry tomato (fresh)
chopped
5 fresh Basil leaves
60 ml Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
30 ml Elderflower liqueur
7.5 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
I added 7.5ml and I think it's more balance, at least for my palette.
I mean adding 7.5ml more of lime juice.

Make it without egg white like the original recipe. Would make it again, with egg white to see it would be less sweet. Since this was just a bit too sweet for me, but was really good.
Interesting drink. For me, it's a good drink. But I can't taste any apricot. I can only taste tequila and campari (which is quite similar to how mezcal taste, for some reason)
I can't really taste Havana Club 3 in this cocktail. So I think it would be fine to use vodka instead of rum in here.
Very good using 15ml butterscotch liqueur instead of 10ml simple syrup!
I don't have vanilla syrup on hand, so I replaced it with vanilla liqueur. Brix and alcohol content are a just a bit higher. Taste quite good!
37.5 ml Vodka
15 ml Passoã passion fruit liqueur
37.5 ml Licor 43
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Switch simple syrup with some cherry syrup (if you have it) such as Luxardo Maraschino Cherries, it will be more complex. Amaretto pairs well with cherry.
Limoncello liqueur, Honey herbal liqueur, Lemon juice, Egg white (pasteurised), (+ 2 more)
If you live Silver Pineapple then you will probably also like this one. Fresh! Interestingly Louise thought this was made with pineapple cocktail (which is the Silver Pineapple cocktail)
The drink on its own is okay. With some chicken dishes (sauvignon blanc paired well with chicken dishes based on some website), the drink went on another level and tasted really fresh.
I also tried the original recipe with 22.5 ml cinnamon syrup. Liked it since my palette is on sweet side.
