Ingredients:
1 23 oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
13 oz Licor 43 Original liqueur
13 oz Bubblegum syrup
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Chilled water omit if using wet ice
2 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge or pack of bubble gum.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with lime wedge on rim or pack of bubble gum balanced across rim.

I can't really taste Havana Club 3 in this cocktail. So I think it would be fine to use vodka instead of rum in here.
