Full-bodied Jamaican funk, herbal vermouth and pimento bitters set this almond rum sour apart.
Adapted from a recipe created circa 2013 by cocktail historian and author Philip Greene after sailing with his father on Chesapeake Bay, the largest estuary in the United States. The cocktail is named after an American fighting schooner sunk by the British during the 1812 war at Bodkin Point, near the mouth of the Patapsco River, south of Baltimore, close to where the Greene's sailboat is moored.
