I would highly recommend getting into this for spring! It is excellent, but I liked it more with Stirrings Ginger liqueur vs the syrup. For the apple juice do not use a lower grade juice which tend to add high fructose corn syrup or has added sugar. Definitely use a 'cold pressed' juice and not from concentrate. (You'll thank me later.)

Why I love this drink: Zubrowka and Polish apple juice are very loved item in Poland and this cocktail brings back so many fond memories.

Ok, I'll thank you, even though I was already going to use proper apple juice.
In return, I will suggest you give it a dusting of freshly ground cinnamon. You will either thank me later, or curse me for committing sacrilege against your Polish traditions, in which case I'm sorry...
