A lovely, delicate sour. So, just perfect with a light Eggs Benedict brunch. The apple and pomegranate bounce together very elegantly.

For some reason, for us, the apple of the Calvados really shines beautifully in this cocktail in a way that it doesn't in many other cocktails that deploy that brandy as its base. Mysterious chemistry at work, we think.
