I really enjoyed this. At first I found it a bit sweet and as I was sipping reading the history and comments, I saw the suggestion of adding some lemon to balance the sweetness. I just stirred in a little juice and I think it really elevates it. I'm guessing I used 1/12 oz.
We enjoy this cocktail very much, as per the beautifully simple recipe. But, intrigued by your comment, we added 10ml Supasawa. We think it works better than juice to add a gentle sour note.
