Fig and pomegranate add an extra dimension to this Margarita-style cocktail

Tastes OK, however figs contain a load of small pips which makes straining the cocktail difficult as the mesh blinds. On balance probably will not make this one again

I like it. Our trees are out performing, so we are swimming in figs. Looking for good recipes like this one. Thanks.
