Tried with J&B rare and a German Eierlikör brand (sth. like Advocaat) and it was quite tasty. Maybe with some Egg white and Ice in a blender it would be more a spectacle? Next time I'll try a bolder Whisky blend, because the J&B thing doesn't deliver a lot of interesting aromas through the creaminess. So maybe a Shiva's Regal, a Monkey Shoulders or a Johnny Walker blend would make more sense? Also there may exist tasty Irish or American Whiskey versions of that drink.

I enjoyed as is but also don't mind milk (and something I rarely have around the house). The scotch is still able to kick through the creaminess and the milk advocaat combo is a nice thickness level.

Milk does a nice job in reducing the Advocaat paste to a liquid, but I don't like scotch and milk (or Advocaat) at all. Awful.

Made with Chivas Regal and Bols advocaat. It was somewhat underwhelming, and perhaps to be tried with less milk.
