I have used a green creme the menthe, but needed an extra fine strain by Melitta filterpaper to avoid residue of the mintleaves in my glass.
It took a lot of time but it was worth, a very nice subtile minty cocktail in ice green colour.
Will make it again!

Ah yes, a sort of fresh Ginger Mule with a little bit of parfum (that’s the elderflower). Nice.

The cherry tomatos and elderflower liqueur made this cocktail special, rum body and some sweet grenadine, wonderfull.

I think the chocolate taste is depending on the used coffee liqueur, I used a light liqueur (15%), so I missed the chocolate.
