I’ve compensated my rather light coffee liqueur with the heavy FEW cold brew coffee infused whiskey. Also added an extra 5ml Campari for a better balance in my version.
Very nice cocktail, will make it again!

This is a special one, extraordinary, I think the best way to enjoy is in the afternoon sun in Mallorca or Ibiza :)
Will keep this one in mind for summer!

Rather complex with Bell’s whisky and a superbe Sauvignon white wine (Pouilly-Fumé), a tasty cocktail. Nice!

Used Bell’s blended Scotch whisky and French Pouilly-Fumé Sauvignon white wine.

After visiting a Korean restaurant for diner, I took the leftover soju for this cocktail.
Refreshing like a mocktail (soju 16% ABV), I like it!

I’ve used Kopke Colheita 2004 port, Worthy Park 109 rum and Merlet liqueur de café.
A very sophisticated warm-up when it’s cold outside.

Used my favorite Rittenhouse rye whiskey, very nice cocktail. Will make it again!

Made it with Rittenhouse as John suggested, I think it’s better but still not an outstanding cocktail. Just oké and nice for some sipping moments.

The combi Bison Grass wodka with cinnamon makes this cocktail a winner, made it several times, delicious!

I have used a green creme the menthe, but needed an extra fine strain by Melitta filterpaper to avoid residue of the mintleaves in my glass.
It took a lot of time but it was worth, a very nice subtile minty cocktail in ice green colour.
Will make it again!
