56 oz Blended Scotch whisky
56 oz Bison grass vodka
23 oz Sauvignon blanc wine
56 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
13 oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of apple wedge or float apple slice (preferably dehydrated).
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History:

Created in 2002 by yours truly and named after the rhyming slang for are you bloody sure? However, the Dictionary of Rhyming Slang claims 'bobby moore' means "door". Well, not in South London it bloody doesn't! And I'm bobby moore of it!

Just in case you're unenlightened, during the 1960s, Robert Frederick Chelsea "Bobby" Moore OBE (1941-1993) was the England football team captain, a national hero, and West Ham United defender.

Damn it, I'm sure this would have been a five star cocktail if I could get authentic sweet grass vodka here in the States instead of the ARTIFICIAL flavored stuff! Can't get Maywine either! Must try making my own.
