Made this again the next night after our first sampling. This time we added 4 drops of olive bitters. The saltiness and flavours of the bitters helped the herbal of the gin and the pickle juice to go to another level. Still on our favourites.

Really liked this cocktail. The vinegar/brine flavour enhances the gin botanicals. Resulting cocktail is going on my favourites.

Water should indeed be pickled brine. I've temp changed and I will make and update ASAP. Many thanks for bringing to my attention.
