Ingredients:
2 oz Rhum J.M. Terroir Volcanique
12 oz Rhum Clément Créole Shrubb liqueur
3 dash Angostura Cocoa Bitters
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist expressed and discarded. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg..
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

Review:

Orange influences this Old Fashioned but it's the aged agricole rum that dominates and shines.
