Garnish:
Orange zest twist expressed and discarded. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
2 fl oz | Rhum J.M. Terroir Volcanique |
1/2 fl oz | Rhum Clément Créole Shrubb liqueur |
3 dash | Angostura Cocoa Bitters |
3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
