Ingredients:
1 12 oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
1 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
12 oz Claret wine (Bordeaux red)
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lime wedge on rim

How to make:

SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Carefully FLOAT wine.

Very tasty cocktail! I am currently out of Mezcal but I do have Liquid Smoke and some Blanco Teremana Tequila so I experimented by using about 1/4 Oz of the Liquid Smoke and it works perfectly!
