Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
12 oz Disaronno amaretto
1 12 oz Southern/Louisiana-style whisky liqueur (e.g. Southern Comfort)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with maraschino cherry.

If you have a bottle of Southern Comfort hanging around it’s a cocktail worth making. The lime and rum keep things in check leaving just enough peachy, almond flavours to intrigue.
